1973 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am

Description

Our 1973 Pontiac Trans Am came to us as a project at another shop. We jumped through some hoops and found out it was in fact a Firebird Espirit instead of a true trans am. Here at E-Tailored, we like to do things right, so we went out and found a TRUE Trans Am out of Texas. The vehicle came in and we stripped it down to the body. From there, we cut up the rear end and installed mini tubs and a 4-link setup from Detroit speed to house the rear end. Naturally, the front end received a full Detroit Speed subframe in which we put a GM LS7 Crate engine in. Under the hood we were sure to clean it up by adding beauty panels and hiding all the wiring, A/C lines and even a new Dry Sump oil tank fabricated in house. The team then got to work on the interior, adding a vintage air unit, Dakota Digital Gauges, a keyless start system and a full Focal sound system. Check back to see how progress is moving on this awesome E-Tailored built Trans Am!!!
